I loved this show, its theme, stories and actors as an adolescent...this brings back much nostalgia... I wish they could either rerun or remake it. It was like route 66, almost lyrical in it's scripts. thank you for this bit of my past!!!

@radiocommander Actually, it was David Raksin who composed this theme song. I wonder if this is what inspired Jack Urbont's "Autumn Breeze" for General Hospital. The urgent backbeat fits well for a classic medical drama.
