Now that I've finally heard this with vocals (Brewer & Shipley, Manassas), I've discovered I like THIS version better, even with Mike Clark playing 4/4 to a song with a 3/4 beat! I'm so glad they finally RELEASED THIS!14 years ago

I ALWAYS had a taste for what were known as "instrumentals" '50-'60s >> "Bongo Rock", "Pipeline", "Stick Shift", "Jack The Ripper", "Raunchy", "Soul Twist"---so no lyrics is ever so cool with me. For some reason these backing tracks by the BYRDS hit home with greater impact than the official releases w/lyrics, much as I love those too.
