His Gibson guitar is really old, like 1950's - those trapeze tail pieces are early 50's. The pickups are P90's - single pole pups. According to Wiki Jimmy Page wanted Terry to front Led Zeppelin... but he had other commitments. Terrible sound quality but a cool vid anyway

You must have missed Terry in the same bad ass stance at the opening.

well the raconteurs did do a cover of Rich Kid Blues so I would say that Jack White is at least a fan of his music. He's a great person to immolate for sure.

@Taran Smith The drummer is probably Keith Webb who toured with him. I think he is in the movie "Groupies" filmed around this time.

Terry Reid played a free concert at Tartar Stadium, downtown Detroit U of D campus, then did this show for "Detroit Tube Works', which was simul-cast on Ch. 56 and WABX-FM. The live show was kick ass!

I too was at the Stones Concert in 1969 at Boston Garden. Only I had to go to the 5pm show and B.B. King did not show. His band did. He was arrived late at The airport and got stuck in traffic. I n that getting from Logan to Boston Garden throubh the Summer and Callahan tunnels was brutal. Terry Reid opened up and everyone wanted to know who this guy was. By the end of his set we all knew who Terry was. Great.
