First of all I love Tama and have played them for years. Now what i don't get is ,They put three vent holes in the snare drum to make it dryer (less ring) but they made it an 8 lug to breath or Ring more .... Huh?! Lol! 10 years ago

the Star kits are AWESOME! I don't get why Tama likes making those super short toms though, the sound is just never as rich, although with the bubinga wood, they're tolerable. 10 years ago
