we do not need more marketing, bullshit. We really need drummers like in the 70', with a 100 dollars set, they changed the world of music for ever. is not the drum is the drummer. professionals drummers know what I m talking about. That yamaha shells are not drum shells, they are fucking sandwiches. it is all about bullshit its all lies. You need an electronic device to see the difference in the wave length . Normal people can not even feel the difference. it is all about show off and BE COOL. same as dw, pearl, tama and so on. I have a Pearl Master I will never change it. for a piece of junk of these new generation of drums. Pure sound of Maple!. same frequency wave length !. these new kits are all wrong, be aware, sounds very good the commercial, but, no. Is like mixing: fuel, water, oil, carburetor cleaner, ketchup, etc. Those woods vibrate way different, they behave different, they don t mix, period. what you get, is call sonic distortion. get a real drum kit used, because, they are gone.

Played a set recently,great looking drums, but the tone just makes me go eh.For a $6K list set,I should do more than say eh.More of a high end piece of furniture than a musical instrument to me
