Saw them on this tour in Chicago @ the Riviera Theatre. Their amps were set up as a huge picture of the solar system. Ansleys drums had stars and planets on them. They were so frickin' great, that I became a huge Journey fan until....Perry joined the band. Saw them on their Infinity tour, and almost threw up.....

Really sucks to see John Mayer T-shirts at that mall-based novelty store called Journey's and not one single Journey tee. WTF wants to buy a John Mayer tee? I know a helluva lot more peeps that want a Journey tee than a John Mayer tee.

I really like CLASSIC Journey... I believe Neal Schon wanted Journey to remain the heavier rock band that they were... However, needing to get to the next level with more "commercial" success and airplay, they brought in the then-new frontman and vocalist, Steve Perry. I saw this FANTASTIC group 1975 in the CAPITAL theater(NJ) Ginger Baker was the drummer we took our 7 year old(ear plugs yes) their 1st 3 albums are GREAT! they were so far ahead of the times! Would love to see a REUNION! Anyway lets keep posting so EVERYONE can experience these talented Guys!
