I remember being in the local record shop when I was just a kid. I hadn't a clue who Joe Walsh was but I remember looking at this new Album release with the coolest cover pic I'd ever seen and just thinking I gotta hear this guy. Once I found out who Joe Walsh was and how good the album was I just pretended I was a big fan of the Eagles and of Joe in particular!! :-)

I, personally, think it is still a wonderful album. My dad puts it on every now and then while he's cooking, baking or for just because. I love listening to it though.

Back in High School, I was on the "Prom" committee, to help out by picking a band. We were handed a list of available bands for that date. As we looked down the list, my jaw dropped-I saw "The James Gang" listed! My friend Peder and I looked at each other with the look of shock and joy! We tried to persuade the others to get them, but we were out voted. We got "The Blues Magoos" instead. They were an alright band at the time (1970) but not in Joe's league. What a pity!

I bought this album in bad kreuznach ,germany in 76. It gave me a little harmony compared to all the playback and tasteless music that was offered at the time . It was beatiful ! Good headset -good joint -Beauty.
