I saw them in the summer of 1978 here in Halifax,Nova Scotia,Canada,at The Metro Center,then a new smallish stadium designed mostly for hockey. I was sixteen. Most people around here didn't know who they were. Lots of seats available. I snagged a thrown guitar pick from Rick Nielsen and held onto it for many years. Don't know what happened to it. Great show. They were great for a couple of lps but then became a typical arena rock band. Too bad. They really had a neat groove. They returned in '91

behold... the "punk Beatles"; this is one of the "gems" you know about if you're a real fan; too cool/good to really get the airplay the other "hits" got (who decides that shit anyway?) it shows their ability to write a hook filled catchy tune, which CT did throughout most of their career. It's easy to get "bent because the "Rock&Roll Hall of Fame continues to ignore CT... but then real R&R doesn't belong in a museum does it?
