Followed these guys in LA in the late 70s. Heavy rotation on KROQ. Moved to Pittsburgh and got to see Cheap Trick in a small college's gym. They opened for................The Clash. Magical.

I have reviewed a website that listed the supporting act that night as a band called Prism. I seem to recall this night differently. I do not remember that. This is right about the time in my life when Hawaiian kona bud flooded the local market in Seattle. This may, or may not indirectly effect my long term memory of 1979.

I first got to see these guys on August 12th, 1977. They opened for KISS in the Seattle center coliseum. I've been a lifetime fan ever since. I got to see them again in 79 at the Hec Edmondson pavilion with a band called Glass moon. I never heard from Glass moon again.
