I've heard around that this song was about kinky sex, S&M, that sort of thing. Anybody else have any thoughts on that? But, still, "Cruel to be Kind"? And the lyrics when you listen to them. Sorta makes sense. but maybe the artist never had any sort of thing in mind when he wrote it, and that it just shows where the minds were of the people who put that rumor out there.
