No words can describe this band. I cannot discredit any member. People bash Joey Molland, but he may have been the smartest member, when it came to business, or protecting his assets, no pun intended. Remember most young people were naive and trusted 'experts' in the business industry during this time-frame. I just wish they toughed it out and continued onward. They would have made it big time. Their talent was astonishing!

Mike Ham knew how to play guitar. He knew how to sing. He knew how to write songs.

Pete and Tom should have sung this half baked Molland song and maybe I could listen to it. It may even have saved it!Sorry folks but I cannot listen to Molland he destroyed this band! IMHO!

Rot in hell Stan Polley!!!, God bless Peter Ham, i feel he deserves like so many of us who passed and live in the world, a better place and time after this miserable greedy war mongering civilization we have been afflicted with "civilization" began. Just think 85,000 pigs own more than half the world's wealth and 4 billion live in dire misery and poverty."In 1970, the band engaged American businessman Stan Polley to manage their commercial affairs. Over the next five years the band recorded several albums for Apple and toured extensively, but became embroiled in the chaos of Apple Records' dissolution. They signed to Warner Bros., but Polley's financial machinations resulted in a lawsuit by Warner over missing escrow account money. Warner's consequent withdrawal from market of the 1974 album, Wish You Were Here (seven weeks after its release), cut off the band's income. Three days before his 28th birthday, on 24 April 1975, Ham committed suicide by hanging himself, leaving a note that included damning comments about Polley." wikipedia

Pete could hold his own as a lead guitarist, singer songwriter with anybody. Sad he had to die for nothing. So much talent. God bless you Pete, wherever yo are.
