Wasn't an 'explanation'. As I said when you examine the EVIDENCE you gain faith, and because of that faith you trust that the God who created everything, and us, knows all, & realise there is a reason why a sudden end to evil cannot occur yet. If you choose to just sit back and criticise and not examine the proof, you will always just sit and criticise & never get any answers or explanations, & you will go on doubting the God who most certainly IS there! He won't force you - it's up to you.

Actually, you should be telling this to Moongold7. I expressed my opinion about this song and video 4 months ago, but it's he who started this debate with me now. My opinion hasn't changed. I like neither video nor lyrics, but the melody of this song is amazingly beautiful and calm, and this is what I love, and that's why I listen to it. Thanks for your prayer Louise. But I don't think it's needed. I am peaceful, kind man, never hurt a fly and helped everywhere I could. My heart is soft already.

I am sorry, but this explanation of yours is not, and will never be, good enough for me. As God is almighty, he must have a power to stop this cruelty, or teach the mankind a different way. And I do not see the end of this fear a cruelty coming soon. In my eyes, there are only two explanation. Either the God does not exist (more probable), or he is cruel himself. And I will not pray to someone who say he loves us, and the next minute he does not prevent bomb falling on a city of innocent people.

It has nought to do with "egoism". "Special"? No, the fact is, we are ALL special in God's sight. Even though none of us deserve His great love, nevertheless He still loves & cares for us! That's why He alone is worthy of our worship and love back to Him. As for Syria (& soon many other parts of the world) this is all foretold in Bible prophecy. You know, the thing you wrote is, maybe even without you realizing it, very egoistic. Why do you think that you are so special that it is you who deserves God help? There are millions of people in the world where there is hunger, fear, war, and they will never get help. For exaple war in Syria. If you read about it, you find out there are so many Christians being killed killed by muslims. They are fleeing from the country, but some of them did not manage. Where is their God? Explain me. Tell me.

Believe me, I was so against Christianity myself once and believed only the weakest needed it. That was until I came to a time no human being could help me and I at last called out to a God I didn't even know existed, to help me. Jesus did, and totally turned my life around - and I will NEVER go back! He loves you, brother, and will be there when you need Him, no matter what you believe now. Me He guide and bless you.
