Released 2-3 years before Lightfoot's breakthru record "If You Could Read My Mind". Cummings would later do impressions of Lightfoot singing Rod Stewart's "Maggie May", which are hilarious!

@archieives Well said. This such a simple yet UNDERRATED Guess Who Album. So many great melodies. The song: A WEDNESDAY IN YOUR GARDEN always sticks out for me on this album. Any thoughts fellow Guess Who Fans?

@Sundancetr4 you are so correct. I bought this album several years ago. I am now 43 and have loved Burton and the Guess Who for many years. A real nice tribute to Mr. Lightfoot who is a friend of Burton's. Man is CANADIAN MUSIC great or what EH?

This brings back memories!! I was 13 or 14. This song was rarely, if ever, played on the radio when it came out, but I played the grooves off of the vinyl. I haven't heard it in years, but every note and harmony is just as I remembered. I knew this song years before I knew who Gordon Lightfoot was!! Thanks for posting it.
