For those who seem to be obsessed with lip syncing; yes she is miming to the album track. The show was a low budget production and it didn't have the time nor funds to allow live musical performances. Usually artists would sing live vocals to a studio backing track, but in this case it was a full mime. I can't remember the reasons why. The giveaway is the microphone with a fake radio antenna hanging out of the connector! Have you ever seen a Shure SM58 radio mic? :-)

Frankly, as far as mimed performances go, this one is extremely well done. I don't get all the negativity; the band looks great, and a layperson who had never heard the record before would not be quick to notice.

Do the directors of this show think we're fucking idiots? The 2 sounds played by the synth are in actual fact samples from Goldfinger - John Barry - The Golden Girl, the Drums are SO blatantly looped not played, the bass is dubby, & the guitar is pitched. What the FUCK guys? Was this the BBC? TOTP? So pointless & a missed opportunity.
