This album pales beside their first one. Stray Dog's only fatal flaw was the lead singer. The guitar work is impecable.

My first concert was ZZTOP in Greensboro in 75. They brought the house down with this song. Oh and by the way, this was pre AIDs, so the joints were passed all around and the girls were just itching to get down! It was Excellent Cool!

What a Band to behold live in the 70's. Didn't get any better. Thx. 4 post. :D

If you actually saw ZZ Top back in the day, this mix is closest to what they really sounded like live! Totally Kick Ass!!! That later remix is horrible, a total abortion.

Wow, I've had this album on CD for years and this sounds really different (and better). I had no idea.... Is this mix only available on Vinyl?

@privettricker Yeah, Bill Hamm's idea. He was once an aspiring musician, but he ended up managing ZZ Top. Cd's came out, and he decided since he never went anywhere with his own music, he would take it out on ZZ Top.

The newer mix is an abomination compared to this.
