Really good song. I still remember Kip personally thanking me on my MySpace wall(back when MySpace was big) for a compliment I gave them after seeing Winger live. Kip is a really cool dude in my book and they put on a GREAT show.

It was Metallica. They tried to figure out Winger's style and tried to incorporate it into their music. When they failed, they dissed winger to hell. Funny thing is, Winger wanted to grow up to be a composer. Which sets him apart from most bands... Then again, most bands didn't get good advice when working with previous bands... Thanks to Alice Cooper, Kip Winger changed the name from Sahara to Winger. And he did become a composer. Got an award from the US Army for a Composition for them.

Kip Winger is a class act. I saw him twice. Once in 91 and in 07. He was way ahead of the game. People played him of as a pretty boy band. But he had the best musician around him, Reb, and Rob are two of the best in the business. I would go see him when he tours again Hopefully that will happen.
