mhm maybe bending the strings tho it'll make it sound higher pitch instead of the bendy low one. or an effects pedal but im not too sure what, chorus might be abit too much. goodluck

My guitar doesnt have a tremolo... what can i do??

Because the tremolo arm is more subtle. You can't dive bomb with it, its more steady so when you hold it as you play, it only goes slightly in and out of tune.

...there is also a backwards guitar sample running through parts....like Kevin is doing the diving with the trem bar then they reversed it giving it this extra warbly feel...it's hard to hear but it's there.

@hollowharmony1 No, that part of the song is not a synth. Although it is a common mis-perception, there are actually no synths anywhere on Loveless. That sound you are talking about is actually the sound of a guitar, run through a sampler and pitched way up.

@HeyitsWenzel No, this is just standard tuning. Pretty much every tab on the site is wrong. There's a couple of good ones in the forums though.

Do you have your high e string tuned to F#? That's what To Here Knows Web has it at and I broke a string trying to play this :( Sounded great before it broke though!

@hollowharmony1 People get too hung up on effects pedals. I am just using a Rat 2 distortion pedal and the trem arm to make this sound.
