Standard tuning, tune down to Eb is you want to play along to the Loveless version. Found the tab on the To Here Knows Web forums and it was done by their old roadie, so I trust it.

mhm maybe bending the strings tho it'll make it sound higher pitch instead of the bendy low one. or an effects pedal but im not too sure what, chorus might be abit too much. goodluck11 years назад

Because the tremolo arm is more subtle. You can't dive bomb with it, its more steady so when you hold it as you play, it only goes slightly in and out of tune.11 years назад

...there is also a backwards guitar sample running through parts....like Kevin is doing the diving with the trem bar then they reversed it giving it this extra warbly feel...it's hard to hear but it's there.13 years назад

@hollowharmony1 No, that part of the song is not a synth. Although it is a common mis-perception, there are actually no synths anywhere on Loveless. That sound you are talking about is actually the sound of a guitar, run through a sampler and pitched way up.13 years назад
