I remember downloading this from Napster with a 56k modem!! There were so many good live songs from that era. The classic 'Rivers take off your pants"!! Don't remember what song that was from and weezer may have been performing as goat punishment then. Thank you very much!

SS2K is without a doubt my favorite Weezer record. maybe not on par with pinkerton, but it doesn't try to be. Rivers was trying to be a classical composer then, with SS2K he was trying to right the perfect pop song and he succeed with the most sleek, stylish, concise and irresistibly catchy music of his whole career. The Summer Songs 2000 album easily stands up next to the caliber of songwriting present in Blue and Pinkerton whereas most of his other *released* albums unfortunately cannot.
