His voice always sounds so much bigger than life. I'm not really sure what I mean by that. Maybe it seems bigger than he is. I think when he grew his beard and wore a big hat, that he came closer to being as big as his voice, but not quite.

Jinkies! THANKS for posting! A cousin of mine has the soundtrack album from this movie back in the 60's but have never had the chance until now to see this flick. And it's even in widescreen! Wow! What a tremendous voice & talent Waylon had!

That was sweet!! I loved the tunes when Chet Atkins produced, not as "raw" but still, his voice is great!! Waylon rules!!
