Hey my dad is MR SCOTT the original drummer with the Toy Dolls. i can 100% confirm that they DID change the name to Kowey for legal reasons and also they were supposed to change the lyrics to ILTON ROAD too because of legal reasons. ToyDollsLegendz is correct in what he was saying.

yeah, they changed the name a bit but they sure mean Cowies but were a little afraid of getting sued. (As I read in their biography) many of their songs are based on true events.

The song is called Tommy Koweys Car it could be that it was cowies but however may they changed the came a little bit... could be but maybe i am talking trash
