I started this with good intentions but soon lost focus and started playing around with slow motion instead. And for those who've seen Morvern Callar, what do you think of this theory: Her dead boyfriend was like Jesus who dies for her sins. He gave her a chance "the book" and left a scripture "his music" to help her out. For religious types you could probably squeeze a library out of this but in the end she has to decide between her own interests or the group's.

Again Townes is great. But the cheesy flutes... Many of the recordings of his songs were very badly produced. All this man needed was a guitar and a bottle of whiskey.

The sad shame is he gave thouse of us how now his music he gave & still give us so much pleasure but had little him self I find this song so powerful it's like he was saying good by. No one should sit in jugment or condem as he was very sick.

This video is brilliant. I like her shoulder healing and the hand washing...following the tree from root to tip. there are so many great poetic visuals here, it compliments the song into a perfect union. Townes is hard to marry. Thank you from another for your art.
