Tony is my favorite guitar player. I've listened to this song so many times this week. Really hope that he gets better and can play again soon. Watching this and then his acceptance speech into the IBMA hall of fame brings tears to my eyes.

Brilliant phrasing, singing and cross-picking-quintessential Tony Rice. To me this looks like Clarence White's old 1935 herringbone Martin that Tony bought from Joe Miller in 1975, before he put on the tortoise pick guard in 1985. Of course Tony could make my old Washburn sound like a harp. (What is wrong with the 29 people that gave this a thumbs down).
