A lovely,"old-feel" Country song. There have been some wonderful Country and Western singers and my Dad absolutely loved it all. It isn't hard to understand why; lyrics that always carried a story,meaning and heartache...certainly emotion on every level. Music with that certain inescapable tempo yet songs in abundance,always different and always heart-reaching. The "great voices" that are extra-special have ensured that wonderful songs will live on and will forever be easy to listen to,even if they are difficult to bear emotionally at times. That's THE essence of Country.......created to appeal to the very soul and every emotion in the easiest,most uncomplicated style so that everyone who hears even one song can relate to it on some level,be it joy or despair or somewhere in between.
