It's really a crying shame that Phil Lynott never reached the levels of recognition he deserved. When you think of really really awful bands out there like Coldplay, Radiohead, Metallica, Kings of Leon, Maroon 5 etc that are selling records like hot cakes then it's frustrating that a man who had more talent in his little finger then all those bands put together never quite reached the dizzy heights he should have...Phil could do it all - funk, blues, hard rock, soft songs

My fav all time riff and band. Awesome solo, played just right to fit the bluesy mood of this song. " I was foolin around with the Sheriffs daughter..." How Fucking cool is that? Phil was the ultimate narrator of every bad ass rocker Playboy. It smelt of leather and knickers found in the glove compartment of your muscle car, by your soon to be ex squeeze. It's a black eye after a night of heavy drinkin with the big boys. Still sounds as great in the fast lane with a kick ass sound system. Y+
