I agree with you so much. This is the only album which made me so euphoric when I first listened to it that I almost had to cry. I have never felt so happy while listening to an album. One of the finest albums ever made - that is for sure.

Although Song for my sugar spun sister is probably my favourite on the album, Bye Bye Badman is essentially like its counterweight, the pivot being Elizabeth my dear (don't agree with the sentiments of that) in the middle. The ending from 3.27 onwards on Bye Bye Badman is lovely, with that riff late on at 3.55. They're not THAT different from The Smiths though- with its sunny melodies this is like their 'Ask'.
