I played in a punk band in Hollywood 78 and 79. Drums.Band name was "Distemper." We looked at "Black Flag,""Germs" and a very bizarre Band, "Throbing Grissle."But "The Ramones" were perfect for the time. New York City had crumbled.Hollywood for music was a shell.
