I think YOTBR is official canon- the old comics are old, and were probably made before the story in YOTBR was fleshed out, hence the potholes. Of course, I rationalize all the contradicting information as false memories or Ryan's lies.

I guess that kind of makes sense but i thougt josephine was born the same way that chase was. Where they were incubated in the tube. Thats the way it is in yotbr. Im just still confused, but whatever its still an epic story either way

I'd like to think it is a reference to the guardians, as it fits in with the animosity Inferno had against the prise for not interfering in the Mage Wars. But I haven't delved into the PFI story yet, so i'm not sure

I think Sirius Amory's likeness was based on Mic Todd in SSTB, as there is a resemblance. And Claudio probably didn't anticipate telling the story of Sirius back then.

not necessarily, the flashback that Coheed had in SSTB could have been when Dr. H. actually implanted the Monstar during the whole kidnapping situation, not the creation of Coheed and Cambria. Dr. H. "birthed" Josephine, and then Inferno continued after Dr. H. died. The only thing that confused me was that Inferno was laying on the operating table getting the heart implanted.

Theres also a discperency with the origin of josephine. The version in sstb contradicts the one in the yotb novel

There's a difference between having depth and trying to find depth in shallow places. But I guess I understand. What I don't understand is why does Sirius look like a total dweeb in SSTB, but is total badass in the concept of The Afterman!
