If you haven't watched it, you have a bad childhood, the same with Corpse Bride! I love Jack and the characters and how the elves actually do the work and everything, so much imagination!! And I always loved the boogie man part and when Jack and the boogie man fight and pretty much every damn part in this movie!!!~No offence to Frozen fans I cri every time ;u;~

Jack reminds me of the Phantom from P of the O. One moment, he seems so sorrowful and misunderstood. Next moment, there is self justification and a rage and fire in them. There is such instantaneous transitions from something so sweet and pitiable to violent rage in their singing.

Not to sound racist or biased but, does the background music in the second half of the song sound strangely Jewish? I know composer Danny Elfman is, in fact Jewish but it's kind of weird seeing that it's a Christmas movie.
