Actually that woodwind cue starting at about 1:10 is Eowyn and Faramir on the walls of Minas Tirith. The vocal cue around 3:18 didn't make it into the movie. "Asea Aranion" is the title of it. Since that's the Quenya equivalent term for Athelas/Kingsfoil, I'm willing to bet it was originally meant to be used in the Houses of Healing.
