In 2011, Nintendo made another entry into the epic Legend of Zelda series: Skyward Sword, a tale that tells the origin of our hero Link, the eponymous princess Zelda, and of the legend itself. What gamers took away from the game was its charm, freshness, and gorgeous art style inspired by Impressionist paintings, and - as a first for the Zelda series - a sweeping music score performed by a real live orchestra.
You've already heard our rendition of the game's epic conclusion (and if you haven't, check it out here now! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVkQsrALzbo).
Here is a more light-hearted, upbeat presentation that takes you to Link's quaint hometown of Skyloft, a kind and noble village suspended above the clouds, and a restful place for Link to recuperate between his daring adventures. For even the mightiest of heroes know: there's no place like home.
Enjoy the music!
