kovvas, if you're gonna talk about stealing music music then talk about how rock was stolen from black musicians in the states. The Beatles are more guilty of that than the kinks will ever be.

My favorite period of the Kinks too! Ray really got into some serious story telling, while their early songs were more direct rock that have inspired both metal and punk. I even love their operatic 70th albums, and the new wave inspired albums "Low budget" and "Give the people what they want". Latest decade were more uneven, but they had their moments on stage.

The beginning of the intro was stolen from McCartney's part in A Day in the Life

Man, the Kinks were on a roll 1967-69. Face to Face, Village Green, Something Else, Arthur. All great stuff. Long live the Village Green!

favourite kinks album. a little door that opens to a britain that only exists in the imagination. the sun will never set

This is considered the most creative, imaginative album by the Kinks. With maybe all of the songs penned by Ray Davies. Ray Davies was a perfectionist

It is disgraceful that this has had fewer than 10K views. "Walter, isn't it a shame the way our little world has changed."

para mi el mejor de todos es este, contiene temas como phenomenal cat, village green, y all of my friends were there, en cambio de arthur hay algunas memorables como Victoria y Driving o tambien Australia
