That is a Scandinavian language, but I don't know which one. So, it's probably Sweden or Norway or Denmark. I can tell it's Scandinavian because "town" in the subtitles is "by". Many English towns still have Scandinavian names, because of the Danish conquest in medieval times: Derby, Harrowby, Houseby, etc.
