I love her voice and performance, but not in this song.The original version has a beautiful momentum to it which is lost in this one.

Her voice just isn't made for this song. I have to give her props for trying. Honestly it's a difficult song to sing, mostly because you have to ride this very thin line between emotiveness, soul, and being sort of tuned down and understated. Not many people can pull it off, and Paul does it in spades. Also, the mixing in this particular case is horrid. So it's not necessarily her fault per se, but again it was a poor choice of a song for her to sing. that's all.
