i like each version of the song that i have heard. The oringial is very matter of fact, Julia Stone's version is very sorrowful and this version is a gritty modern take. They each bring their own flavour, and the herd capture the way young people who never experienced that time relate to it. The lyrics themselves tell the greatest story, no matter how you arrange the music.

No, alot of people don't like older songs, thats fine. this allows the younger audience to like the song as well as understand the lyrics.

I just stumbled onto this song and it's just freaking amazing. I'd heard the original ages ago, but this one, this one I can just, relate to. If that makes sense.
