This is a good video, but the song itself put a better video into my mind. *Phantoms* had really strong sequencing of tracks, so the themes of this, and "Woman on a Train", or "Sunshine in the Shade", or whichever song, they all seemed connected, and I basically had an album-length movie in my head. It's easy to imagine 'cause Cy Curnin is such an amazing stylist, actor, and singer, and the Fixx created new and distinctive sounds and atmospheres. I think they probably do go under-appreciated for how good they were. I'd put them right up there with Pink Floyd in terms of being innovative, dramatic, thought-provoking, and true artists. "Phantom Living" is one of the best album climaxes ever.

Great song.....very unique sound.........not sure why it didn't get much airplay in North America....but it was a big hit in Germany......What?......." A hand is shaking from the rubble...This is spirit still alive"......These two lines in the song give me goose bumps.......The world needs The Fixx.

The ungrateful music industry skips over a lot of people, I like Reverend Horton Heat a lot and I think he plays great and Brian Setzer too but everyone just keeps on talking about Hendrix and Page and even Keith Richards a man that has played 3 chords for 50 years now, people and monkeys not too different monkey see monkey do and it only takes one person to say something's good or something sucks and watch the bandwaggon mentality come in waves.
