I'm not sure if the picture matches the year the song was recorded. It's a wonderful song but I just wish that the right picture accompanied it. Also a wonderful spoken introduction by Luke, which was sadly cut off of the recording on compilation CDs.

Was in the audience with my girlfriend when this was recorded 1968/69 ,still have the L.P.. in perfect condition.Brings back happy memories,I asked her to marry me on the way home, we have now been wed for 42 years.Thank you for posting this.

The Corries?!? Not a chance, sorry. It may be a Scottish song but no Scot (or anyone for that matter) will ever sing this song like Luke. Makes the hairs stand on the back of my neck.... every time.
