this is a wonderful version, but so is Thin Lizzy and if some of you d-bags calling TL "generic commercial cheese" knew a thing about them as a band and about Phil Lynott as a person you would have a little more respect for them covering this song. Thin Lizzy covered many Irish folk songs and did a brilliant job. Just because a band had a couple songs on the charts doesn't make them "sell outs". Anyone who bases part of their opinion of a band or music on something as inconsequential as that is pretty shallow. And I will say lots and lots of bands that are and were considered groundbreaking and extremely influential in music had music that charted on billboard.And saying shit like you don't like like commercial or mainstream metal (music) just makes you seem like a total twat who is trying way to hard. Pull your head out of your ass.
