Filmed in high definition on 25 July 2004 at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts in Virginia, "Live At Wolf Trap" captures The Doobie Brothers in fine form on a set that mixes classic hits with some rarely performed tracks from across their extensive catalogue. This would prove to be the last recorded footage of long time drummer Keith Knudsen performing with the Doobie Brothers prior to his sad death from cancer in February 2005.

I have no idea what Skylark is wearing, but I absolutely love his bass playing regardless.

Awesome & amazing. It's sometimes hard to find a band that's both good in the studio and live...These guys are huge instrument monsters and crazy good in both aspect's.. I was about 9 or 10 when I first got hooked in with the boys. I'm 47 now and still as much of a Doobies Monster. In 01' I got the opportunity to see the guys fourth row center. I will never forget. I'm thankful I got to see em play before Mike & Keith passed. Class act all of them...!! T/Y Doobie Brothers for being there through the years !! RIP Mike/Keith !!

Ah yes, when the Doobies were really the Doobies playing real rock and not that bubblegum nancyboy shit they embarrassed themselves with as a backup band for Michael mush-mouth McDonald.

Love this song, but don't those background vocals sound a little too perfect?
