Hmm. To be honest, I think both new and old stage presences are legit and sick. You can't sit here and tell me this doesn't make you want to move with them while their shit still sounds good at the same time. I think they have progressed and calmed down, yes. But I don't think one is better than the other. I miss Dave. I met him in 2009 and he is the nicest guy off stage and insane on stage!

people complain about stage presence who gives a fuck man. These songs are nothing like the new material they have. They are more of a jaw dropping get high as fuck and trip out kind of band. What do you expect their presence to be like jumping around like every other metalcore band? Nah. Seeing them live is like seeing Animals As Leaders you just stand still and be thankful you are witnessing such greatness.

HAHAHAHA I should tell him that next time I see him. I still see that dude at shows here in Indy pretty often.

LOOL makes me laugh at how they have a decent stage presence here, but now they play like statues. Well, at least the music is bad-ass i guess.

Looking back on this EP and seeing how much the band has matured musically is like watching my own child grow up. :')

BTBAM started like that too, and they have become one of the most complex and technical prog metal bands out there.

Heres the thing:This was not them. This was them caught up in a scene.Bands doing what they did in this video happen all the time.Nowadays the music is a bit more complex at parts and has an atmosphere so they aren't necessarily the most active live.Plus,I'd prefer seeing a band be focused and shoegazed than a band that is all show and plays sloppy as fuck.
