The Blue Shadows - Is Anybody Here video free download
Is Anybody Here is the last track on The Blue Shadows 1993 album On the Floor of Heaven. The band consisted of the late Billy Cowsill (yes THOSE Cowsills... The Rain, the Park and Other Things, Hair, Indian Lake, etc.) on vocals and guitar, Jeffrey Hatcher also on vocals and guitar, Barry Muir on bass, and J.B. Jay Johnson on drums.
Im not sure whether or not The Blue Shadows set out to do an Orbison tribute with this song but I always thought it seemed likely. In any case I combined the two in this video which is my tribute to both Roy Orbison and The Blue Shadows.

It would be great if Jeffrey Hatcher or someone in the know could settle the mystery. Did the Blue Shadows set out to do an Orbison-type song? It's interesting you should mention the Everlys, I never thought of them in relation to this particular song but I had noticed the similarity in harmonizing on other Blue Shadow songs.Related Videos
