Comet: It's probably because she's the best known one out of the group. Not necessarily the best vocalist, but the one most fans remember, thanks to Columbia Records constantly releasing singles involving her singing lead, which led to the misperception that she was the lead singer. As for Michael Steele, she retired from the band back in 2005, I believe, so we've most likely heard the last of her. Too bad, because she definitely had a presence.

Taking nothing away from Hoff's but why does the band's singles always involve her. In my opinion the rest of the band were talented vocalists. For once I like to hear the others have their own singles out more often. It's pretty unfair. Circles In The Sky with Vicki Peterson singing lead should be a single. And many of us miss Michael Steele. Will we ever hear from her again?

This is about defending the Bangles being hypocritcally insulted while other talent-free old cows get away with it. Don't try and deflect the issue by bringing in irrelevant crap about those losers you probably like, it's down to these old pointless harpies that decent women of a mature age are barely seen and heard, the music industry's tonnes more rotten than the film industry, which at least will always something decent to give some time. DFeb Harry's the only one I listed that's talented.

Good song. I was a huge Bangles fan in the 80s. As time passed I became interested in other bands. Nice that the original three are still making good music.

There's plenty of big fans out there for them, not just me. Ageism much. I say again, Carey's an ugly old bitch with no talent the harping old plastic bint, Madogga's equally awful, and Siouxsie Sioux's old as hell now, and Deborah Harry. Age doesn't stop for anyone, no matter how much talent-free hogs like Man-donna try, and Celine Dion and loads of 'em. You seriously telling me the Bangles look worse than any of those crocks? She's just a Bev Hills Science project-pity they couldn't something about that dreadful voice of hers, or her exceedingly shit songs, wish that mate of yours banged her AT that mental hospital-with a spanner!
