Well, I wouldn't call Swashbuckle pirate metal, but Alestorm for example, have that pirate feel not only in their lyrics, but also in their looks and most importantly, in their music. So I'd say calling them Pirate Metal is legit, while calling Swashbuckle pirate metal is not. Both bands are great tho,
