Existentialism on Prom Night by Straylight Run

Lyrics:

when the sun came up

we were sleeping in

sunk inside our blankets

sprawled across the bed

and we were dreaming

there are moments when I know it ends

and the world revolves around us

and we're keeping it

keeping it all going

this delicate balance

vulnerable, all knowing

(sing like you think no one's listening)

you would kill for this

just a little bit

just a little bit

you would kill for this

(sing like you think no one's listening)

you would kill for this

just a little bit

just a little bit

you would, you would

sing me something soft

sad and delicate

or loud and out of key

sing me anything

we're glad for what we've got

done with what we've lost

our whole lives laid out right in front of us

(sing like you think no one's listening)

you would kill for this

just a little bit

just a little bit

you would, you would

(sing like you think no one's listening)

you would kill for this

just a little bit

just a little bit

you would, you would

sing me something soft

sad and delicate

or loud and out of key

sing me anything

I remember listening to this song over and over when I was younger. I've been looking for it for years now. So glad I found it again!!

met these guys a few years ago. played a little local venue and I got to be one the same bill as them. Highlight of my professional music career lol. So down to earth they hung out after the show. Drummer was admiring my drum kit. Wish them the best, hope to hear some new tunes

Well they were best friends at one time so i'm sure they have similar musical qualities and may sound similar to people.

I've listened to this song for years. Somehow, I always make myself back to this song and end up blaring it singing it loud and out of key...

As the years pass by, I figure I'd get tired of this song, but it never ever seems to get old. It's simply beautiful♡

This is one of those rare songs where you could listen over and over without getting tired or feeling dull.

i'm with you there i really miss steven's untitled rock show plus uranium, top 10 countdowns, and loaded. that channel was the source for probably half of my cd collection. i can't remember the last time i watched that channel but now it really has gone to hell with 12 hours of hip hop/rap and reality tv shows.
