Here's a little how-to video showing how I play the intro to Copperhead Road. I made it a while back for a youtuber (sixrustystrings) but never posted it. I am fond of the intro but I'm a bit biased ;) Sorry about the bed head, I had just woken up (and was hungover). lol

To ghost, you're right, but that open e is actually a low D due to the tuning. So when u play D you can play all 6 strings

In the first section, after the last open D before strumming, it looks like he throws an open E in before strumming, but doesn't say so. That's what I see anyway. Just trying to copy it exactly...
