I would have to say this is by far my best visualisation yetor at least one of them and on for some time.
The song and visualisation I find quite moving but perhaps that is my femine side showing through!

Just when I'm at a very low point , this reminds me that I can be others emotional punching bag, but I'm a tree in the wind I will bend but not break.People can make me feel very bad about myself but I'm a limb on a tree in a storm.
