Hey, great playing! Sounds very authentic and close to original, but have you ever considered playing it in open G tuning (or at least tune the A string down to G) while using a capo on the 2nd fret. My guess is that Mark plays it that way, because it gives you more freedom on the left hand - check out his video with Notting Hillbillies: Setting me up live 1990 Andy
