It´s not often I comply with new housy mixes of great 80´s pop music, but this is was actually alright. I have never however understood the hiphop connection and Scritti Politti, to me that band is a brilliant new wave / new romantics project with a hint of synthesized groove. They stood on their own feet when it came to originality cause they managed to blend all theses disciplines very successfully. Cupid & Psyche 85 is on of the ten best albums of all times in my book.
