I've listened to this song a lot especially when i'm high. I think he is talking about not wanting to be controlled by the system, "Now we have to use drum machines as if my heartbeat was not enough. "I will not rhyme on tracks, niggers on a chain yang use to do that, don't drop the beat on me. I thunk this means he doesn't not want to conform to mental slavery by dancing to the beat dropped by the government.since its poetry i believe it has many interpretations.
