Actually, it wasn't the winter invading Russia that made them lose. The reason Russia pushed back was because of two main reasons; the two front war and the massive amount of soldiers Russia used. Hands down Russia had massive man power to use. But if the United States hadn't gotten involved, Germany would be able to allocate more troops to hit Russia with. So both sides assisted in beating Germany. Russia got to Berlin first, but again, even Napoleon had made the mistake to fight a two front war.8 years ago
